20 hours per week – mornings (flexible schedule available within weekday mornings)
There will need to be flexibility for evening TikTok live schedules.

We’re growing fast across social and live shopping platforms, and we’re looking for a creative, confident, and passionate content creator to join our team.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and engaging Content Creator to produce compelling short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Pinterest — and to become the on-camera face for our TikTok Shop live shopping events.

You’ll be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and posting content that grows brand awareness, engagement, and sales across our social platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing and warehouse team to bring BabyBoo’s story to life in a fun, authentic, and on-trend way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging, high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Be the on-screen host for weekly TikTok Live Shopping sessions — showcasing products, answering questions, and driving sales in real time.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and viral moments, and adapt them to the BabyBoo brand.
• Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos using your phone or professional tools.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyse post performance and help optimise future content for reach and engagement.
• Represent the BabyBoo brand with authenticity, warmth, and professionalism on all social channels.

Requirements:

• Confident on camera and comfortable hosting live video content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.
• Experience in filming, editing, and storytelling using mobile or desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar).
• Excellent communication and creativity skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on content ideas.
• Interest in baby, parenting, or lifestyle content is a plus.
• Previous experience in content creation, marketing, or social media is preferred.
