When you place an order we aim to have it in the post to you within 72 hours, if in Ireland you should receive your order within 7 working days of us receiving payment. Unfortunately during busier time periods this may be a few days longer but if you need your order quickly we have a priority option in the delivery options for Ireland which means we will pull your order from the queue and send it as quickly as we can.
We use Nightline or An Post to deliver our products, if at any stage you do not receive your product within 7 days of receiving your dispatch email please email [email protected] and we will look into it.
All our Irish orders go with Nightline, when dispatched you will receive an email confirming this from us. On the day of delivery you will receive a text from Nightline with your tracking number and an estimated delivery window and it will also give you instructions to change this.
We offer free delivery when you spend over €30 in Ireland, you’ll get tracked courier delivery from Nightline as described above. If you spend less than €30 we subsidise your delivery charge, it still goes with Nightline but we only charge you €3.
If you’re outside Ireland we deliver using tracked delivery with An Post. We offer this free of charge when you spend more than €3o to the UK and more than €60 anywhere else. This can take up to two weeks to arrive to you depending on where in the world you are.
Please please please double check the address for delivery and mobile phone number before you confirm your order, we can change it afterwards if it has not been dispatched but if we dispatch to the wrong address and the order is returned to us we will have to charge you a second time for delivery using Paypal.
If your item does not arrive
We will always offer to resend your item after checking the address you specified on the order. If you have input the incorrect address unfortunately we cannot resend the item unless it is returned to us. We include return addresses on all items which go out so most of the time they do return the parcel but if not as the error was on your part unfortunately we cannot send a new parcel.
We will always offer you the option of a partial refund for your order if we were at fault, excluding the delivery charges.
If your item is returned to us
We will always contact you to confirm the address and phone number you specified in your order is correct. If it is correct we will resend your order, we may have to charge you for a delivery a second time, if for example Nightline were unable to deliver your item and you did not collect it from their depot as requested or if they were unable to contact you because you included the wrong phone number. If it is returned because of an incorrect address, insufficient address details or a misprint on your part again we may have to charge you for postage again, if the error is on our part we will resend your item free of charge.
We will always offer you the option of a partial refund for your order, excluding the delivery charges.
