Please read the following points carefully as visiting our website and ordering our products are taken to be implied consent.

Shopping with
You can purchase any products on this website and pay using Paypal, you can opt to log in to your Paypal account to do this or if you do not have a Paypal account you can use your email address to pay with your credit card. You can also choose to pay using Stripe with a credit or debit card. Stripe is an Irish technology company that allows companies to accept payments over the internet. You may also see the option to pay using Google Pay or Apple Pay. We also have an SSL certificate enabled which offers you even more security when buying online. A secure socket layer is enabled across the site so it means that any data transmitted is over a secure connection. You will see a padlock and our company name to the left of your address bar which signifies a secure page. When we receive your payment and order details we will send you a confirmation email automatically. When we have packed your order to be posted you will receive another email confirming this. Delivery wise we aim to have your order with you within 4 working days. If you have not received your order 72 hours after the dispatch notice please get in touch. If you make a mistake in your order you need to notify us immediately especially if it’s a personalised order. It is your responsibility to double check all details.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that this Website is available to view and use 24 hours a day throughout each year however, this is not guaranteed. The Website may be temporarily unavailable at anytime because of: server or systems failure or other technical issues; reasons that are beyond our control; required updating, maintenance or repair.

All drawings, images, descriptive matter and specifications on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description for your general information only and should be used only as a guide.

Prices are shown on each product and include VAT where applicable. We offer different bundles of bibs with discounts associated, where you select to purchase a bundle the discount is applied at the checkout stage. You can also add on any additional discount coupons at this stage.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment already made for the goods will be refunded in full to whichever payment method was selected.

We have an inventory control system in place on the website so it is unlikely that your item will be out of stock when you order however if this does happen we will contact you using the email address specified with your order and either offer you an alternative, the option to wait for the bib to come back into stock (if we are reordering it) or a refund if applicable.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. If your item is faulty (they have all been quality checked before going into your order and by the manufacturer before we received it) we will offer to replace or a full refund on receipt of the item provided that you return the Goods to us and we are reasonably satisfied that the Goods have not suffered damage after delivery or have not been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear. We will require a valid receipt with any returns. If there is a fault you need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.

If you are unhappy with your item for any other reason we will be happy to discuss it, please email at any stage. If you are exchanging a product for a different size or style please note the product needs to be returned to us in it’s original packaging and unworn. We check if it smells like it has been washed, if it looks worn or how it is repacked and unfortunately if we cannot sell the product we cannot refund or exchange it, this also includes personalised goods. Please note we do not accept any returns on hats or personalised items.

Customs/VAT charges
International shipments may be subject to local taxes and import duties when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You or the gift recipient are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact the local customs office for further information about potential charges before placing your order.

Deliveries returned to us due to non payment or dispute of import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred will have this cost of return shipping charged to us by DPD deducted from their refund.
We cannot accept returns on personalised items regardless of the dispute with customs.

If your item does not arrive

You need to notify us immediately if you receive any notification from our courier that there is a problem with your delivery. We cannot intervene or assist if we do not know there is an issue. If you have not received your order (in Ireland) 72 hours after dispatch please get in touch.

We will always offer to resend your item after checking the address you specified on the order. If you have input the incorrect address unfortunately we cannot resend the item unless it is returned to us by DPD. We include return addresses on all items which go out so most of the time they do return the parcel but if not as the error was on your part unfortunately we cannot send a new parcel.

We will always offer you the option of a partial refund for your order, excluding the delivery charges.

Unfortunately if you report that your item didn’t arrive 90+ days after it was dispatched with DPD we have no tracking for it and are unable to provide you with any information.

If your package is reporting as delivered with DPD but you didn’t receive it we will always endeavour to get the driver back to recover the package. If it is more than 7 days though since it was dispatched it’s unlikely the driver will recall if he left it with a neighbour for example so we will do our best but it makes it difficult to trace. Please always report a missed delivery or undelivered package to us within 3 days to get the best outcome.

If your item is returned to us
We will always contact you to confirm the address you specified in your order is correct. If it is correct we will resend your order, we may have to charge you for a delivery a second time, if for example DPD were unable to deliver your item and you did not collect it from their depot as requested or you entered the wrong phone number and they could not get in touch with you. If it is returned because of an incorrect address, insufficient address details or a misprint on your part again we may have to charge you for postage again, if the error is on our part we will resend your item free of charge.

We will always offer you the option of a partial refund for your order, excluding the delivery charges.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously. We have always been very transparent about our policies, what data we store and why and how you can opt into and out of communications. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected and used when you visit or make a purchase from and how we comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which came into effect from May 25th 2018.

Our delivery partners
We ship our products via DPD in Ireland (from April 2022) and DPD in the UK and via DPD internationally (from Oct 2023). They are fully GDPR compliant.

Payment Details
Like any other online store we have payment gateways integrated with our website in order to process payments. We have Paypal and Stripe as our payment gateways. We redirect you to Paypal (link to their policy) to make any payments so we never see your credit or debit card information, it is all encrypted on their side and we have SSL enabled on our site for Stripe (link to their policy) which means all transactions are over a secure network – this ensures maximum protection.  All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We use Woocommerce to manage our online store and sell to you, your account data and order information including payment gateway information is stored on their platform, they are also fully GDPR compliant and here is a link to their policy.

Your account with us
We do store your account details (name, email, postal address, phone number, username and hashed password) via Woocommerce, so that we can contact you again if necessary in relation to an order and we endeavour to protect these details and maintain our data as securely as possible. These are stored if you make or attempt to make an order.

Communication from us
If you have opted in to receive information or signed up to our newsletter we will contact you with promotional offers and news, you have the option to opt out of this email marketing at any time by choosing the unsubscribe option on the email. We use Klaviyo for these emails and they are fully compliant, here is a link to their privacy and cookie information.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access (to know what information we have on file for you), portability (we provide you with a copy of all information), rectification (we correct any data if it is incorrectly on file) and deletion (we delete the data we have on file for you). If you would like your account to be deleted, removed or a copy of the data sent to you please email or

Please note we cannot delete your data if we have an order which has not yet been processed, if there is an ongoing customer service query or dispute in relation to your order or the data we have on file for you. We may also need to retain some order information from a revenue and legal perspective.

Data Retention
If you have an account with us or have placed an order with us in the past we will maintain and retain your data unless you specifically request it to be removed.

Your responsibilities
It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.

We cannot guarantee and cannot be responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided by you.
